The specific composition, material and specifications of a product shall be as stated on its product page, packaging, invoice, certificate or other applicable documentation.
4.4 Minor variations in dimensions, colour, texture, finish or appearance that arise from manufacturing processes or the nature of jewellery materials shall not, by themselves, constitute a defect unless they materially depart from the product description or applicable specifications.
